Some of these ways may work well for you as-is, while others may inspire you to use OneNote in ways I’ve never imagined. In this post, I’d like to showcase some of the ways I find OneNote to be most effective for my workflow. The idea would, unfortunately, be lost or not found until it was too late to be useful.Īll those misfortunes changed when I began using Microsoft OneNote. The problem is that none of these solutions were synchronized to other devices and it was easy to forget where I had stored an idea. Historically, I would store these notes in a variety of forms: voice messages, notes, emails to myself, screenshots, etc. Many of these ideas come to me when I’m least ready to implement them, so I make a note for later reference. I get ideas for new videos, suggestions and recommendations of new apps from friends, tasks I need to perform, and so on. In this age of connectivity and integration, I’m constantly thinking of new ways to work with people, programs, and data.
